The State of Ohio considers that a property right exists regarding the resources that are posted on the HIPAAOhio website. The State of Ohio grants all users the ability to copy, modify, distribute and duplicate the information posted on the HIPAAOhio website subject to the following limitations:

  1. You cannot restrict others from using, modifying, distributing and duplicating the information and materials posted on HIPAAOhio.
  2. You cannot re-publish the information on HIPAAOhio anywhere else on the world wide web but you are permitted to link to HIPAAOhio.
